The Landmark Commission, established in 1975, preserves and protects Shaker's historic and aesthetic properties. Exterior changes to landmark sites require the Commission’s review.
Architectural Board
Any project that affects the exterior of a home in Shaker Hts. has to be approved by the architectural review board. At a minimum a set of drawings are required to lay out the extent of the project.
Building & Zoning
